1. Use of the Website

This website is provided for informational purposes and to allow prospective students to enquire about or book our adult photography courses. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, introduce malicious code, or use the website in any way that could damage, disable or impair its functionality.

2. Course Bookings and Payments

Course bookings may be made through our contact form, by email or by phone. A booking is not confirmed until we have accepted it and any required deposit or full payment has been received.

Course fees are listed on our Services page and are subject to change. Fees current at the time of booking will apply. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds and credits will be handled as follows:

• Cancellations made at least 14 days before the course start date may be eligible for a full refund, less any transaction fees.
• Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the course start date may be eligible for a partial credit toward a future course.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date are generally not refundable, except at our discretion.

If we cancel a course for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to another course date.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos and course materials, is owned by or licensed to NorthStar Photography School Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify or republish any content without our prior written permission.

Photographs submitted by students as part of course activities remain the property of the student, but students grant us a limited licence to use such images for promotional, educational and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, testimonials, images or other content to us, you warrant that you have the right to do so and that the content does not infringe any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove or refuse to publish any content at our discretion.

6. Disclaimer and Liability

The information on this website is provided in good faith and is believed to be accurate at the time of publication. However, we do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted or free from harmful components.
